Le pongo cinco estrellas solo para que salga mi comentario, era un buen hotel, hoy la atención es pésima, el fin de semana fuimos y me encuentro con que las habitaciones te las entregan sucias, con popos de ratón y el bote del baño con basura, fui y lo comenté con la encargada por cierto muy grosera y me dijo que en sus doce años de "servicio" nadie se había quejado como nosotros, nos cambian de habitación y resulta peor, olía a cigarro y el televisor no servía y mi hijo quería verlo, no dijimos nada y ahí nos quedamos ya sin decir nada, para rematar al día siguiente cuando nos íbamos a bañar no había agua caliente y te piden que dejes correr el agua veinte minutos para que se caliente, lo cual es un gran desperdicio de agua y nunca sale caliente, entonces nos cambian de nuevo a otra habitación en otra área en el segundo piso con servicio de boiler, especificando que solo era para usar el servicio de regadera y luego regrésate a tu habitación en bata para poderte vestir y que los otros integrantes de la familia se metan a bañar, toda está choco aventura por mil pesitos y la encargada solo decía que no sabía nada y que a ella la contrataron por teléfono, con pésima actitud, pésimo servicio y NO lo recomiendo para nada.
